  • Q How much does a Toyota Genuine Service cost?

    This depends on your vehicle. Things like the model, grade, engine type and vehicle age will decide the cost. One thing you can be sure of, though, is that with capped price servicing you won’t be hit with any unexpected servicing costs[TS4].

  • Q How often does a Toyota need servicing?

    It’s always best to refer to your Owners Manual, which has specific recommendations for your model. This will ensure you keep up to date with your Logbook[TS4] servicing, which is important to ensure you hold onto your extended engine, traction battery and/or driveline warranty[W2].

  • Q What does a Toyota service include?

    Everything that's included in a Toyota Genuine Service for your vehicle is included in your Owners Manual. You can also check out our Toyota Service Inclusions page page.

  • Q How long does Toyota capped price servicing last?

    New Toyotas are covered by 3, 4 or 5 of capped price servicing, depending on the vehicle.

  • Q How do I book a service?

    You can book a service online with Katherine Toyota in minutes, as well as via the MyToyota Connect app.

  • Q How do I update my car’s GPS navigation maps?

    Katherine Toyota can support you with Map updates. Maps are updated once a year, so we recommend doing this during one of your Toyota Genuine Service bookings to keep it up to date. Additional service charges may apply. Refer to Toyota’s Map Update Terms of Service for more information.
